Mr. Soper received his law degree in June, 1985, at the University of Baltimore. He previously
received a Bachelor of Science in Music Education at Towson State University, graduating cum laude in 1978.

Kevin is an active trial attorney, admitted in both Maryland and the District of Columbia,
representing commercial insurers as well as an extensive number of retail establishments with
respect to their liability claims.

Mr. Soper is married and the father of three.
